Thank you
On behalf of Light Path for Haiti Inc., we would like to thank you for your generous support. It was your contributions that made it possible for Light Path, Inc. to touch the lives of those families affected by the devastating earthquake in Haiti. Because of your charitable donations, over 2000 injured and homeless Haitians received medical supplies, counseling and much needed medical care at the University Hospital on the Campus of Diquini, Haiti. We were also able to deliver medical supplies to Food for the Poor and Centre Sportif de Carrefour.
On January 20, 2010 staff of 10 Doctors, Nurses, Psychologists and other medical professionals went to Haiti to provide aid and relief to the Haitian people after the catastrophic earthquake and its string of aftershocks that dissolved the entire society on January 12, 2010. Because of this initial trip, we have been able to evaluate their top needs. With this being said, we were able to determine that the items needed the most right now are medical supplies, shelter substitutions (tents/tarps, sleeping bags) and monetary aid.
Our next trip is scheduled for the week of April 4, 2010. This time around we will be going to Haiti with approximately 40 medical professionals. These Medical Professionals are going to Haiti under the canopy of Light Path, Inc. to provide health care, food, water and other much needed supplies that have been compiled onto a list and attached for your viewing. This list attached was assembled per requests obtained by the surrounding hospitals and by speaking to individuals living in various camp stations (tent cities) during our mission trip to Haiti.
